Roll-over prone shooting position demonstrated by Marty Hayes

ADVANCED DEFENSIVE HANDGUN

Mastery of the defensive handgun is the goal for this two day course, where the students drill on the skills necessary to achieve excellence, along with receiving coaching in order to achieve the greatest skill development possible.

When facing a lethal threat, the confidence that one can perform the actions necessary to save one’s life or the lives of loved ones is immeasurably important. Confidence to handle whatever the situation presents reduces risk for the defender, because criminals seek out prey that they perceive as weak and unable to resist.

Prerequisites: Students enrolling in this course should have received training equivalent to both our Defensive Handgun and Tactical Handgun (formerly FAS-2 and FAS-3) classes. Student will be required to present a state-issued license to carry a concealed handgun, military or police identification or other form of background check prior to participation.
