Concealed Carry 101 Equipment List

Your own handgun of .380 caliber or larger.

Two magazines or speedloaders, plus a belt holder or pouch for them.

A range holster or high quality concealment holster designed to be worn on your strong side (right handed persons wear on right hip). Any holsters used must be rigid and remain open after the gun is withdrawn. (Please, no fanny packs, purse holsters, shoulder holsters, small-of-the back holsters, or cheap, collapsing fabric holsters.) If you need to purchase one, we recommend Blade-Tech products, and invite you to call us with any questions.

A sturdy belt.

200 rounds of full metal jacket (FMJ) ammunition.

Ear muffs for hearing protection and wrap-around safety glasses (eye protection).

A billed baseball cap.

A pen and notebook and class workbook.

Your lunch and beverages--we will eat during classroom lecture.
