Advanced Pistol Handling with Rob Pincus

Combat Focus is an intuitive shooting program that is based on the study of empirical evidence from real violent encounters and builds on the body's natural reaction to an attack. At the ranges that gun fights typically occur, Combat Focus is the most effective way to engage your threat with a handgun.

Taught by Rob Pincus, this physically-demanding course offers two intense days in which to focus on the student's ability to use their pistol as efficiently and consistently as possible under realistic conditions. A variety of drills and scenarios will be used to force the student to confront problems that come from administrative weapons handling and to reinforce good habits.

In addition to ample range time practicing two handed shooting and weapons handling, expect to work on one handed shooting, one handed weapons manipulation, unorthodox shooting positions, weak handed shooting and much more. Course of fire requires between 800-1200 rounds plus other equipment listed under the Read More link below. Prerequisite: Combat Focus Shooting (See http://www.icetraining.us/calendar.html for Combat Focus Shooting course offerings).

Class Dates: July 25-26, 2013.
