A Girl and A Gun Chapter

agag-logo-white
A Girl and A Gun – Onalaska Chapter is honored to continue their association with the Firearms Academy of Seattle as our host range. This women’s group is part of a national organization that has a well-organized national headquarters behind it.

A Girl and A Gun is an organization established by women shooters for women shooters. Our events are intended to be fun, social gatherings where women can come together for support, encouragement, ask questions in a safe and nonjudgmental environment, improve their marksmanship, and bond together in the shooting community. We have activities that focus on personal defense, competition, marksmanship, handgun, rifle, and shotgun.

You may recognize the leadership as already established FAS instructors: Jennie Van Tuyl and Melissa De Young

Our ladies are involved in the Winchester Marksmanship program, IDPA (International Defensive Pistol Assoc.), 3-gun, and attend competitions on our home range at Firearms Academy (F.A.S.) and nationwide. Several of our ladies have attended the AG&AG National Training Conference in Texas.

Whether you are new to firearms or have many years experience, you are welcome to join AG&AG and our Chapter. We do highly recommend that you also attend classes at the Firearms Academy, as our chapter events are not “training,” but we provide coaching to help you practice what you learn in classes.

Join AG&AG at: www.agirlandagun.org or Ask to join our FaceBook page at http://www.agirlandagun.org/item/firearms-academy-of-seattle/
