Level 3: Defensive Live Fire Scenarios

This class is designed to give students the opportunity to test their defensive handgun and/or carbine skills in live fire scenarios. 

While this a defensive based class, students are welcome to train with a duty or other OWB/Competition holster and belt setup if they desire. While AIWB carry is allowed in this class with prior permission, if we determine you cannot do so safely, you will be asked to switch to a strong side hip holster. Please plan accordingly.

• Review of Carbine Transition to Pistol
• Review of Shot Placement
• Review of Use of Cover
• Review of Flashlight Use
• Weapon Light Use and Considerations
• Live Fire Force on Paper Scenarios

Prerequisites: For Handgun Only, completion of FAS Level 3: Tactical Handgun, Level 3: Active Shooter, or Weeklong Handgun is required. If running a carbine, you must have taken our Defensive Handgun and either our previous Close Quarters Carbine or our current Level 3: FAS 2-Day Combo Pistol & Carbine courses at a minimum.

Student will be required to present a state-issued license to carry a concealed handgun, military or police identification or other form of background check the morning of the first day of class.

$50 discount for retakes. Must register by phone to receive discount.
